• A complete walk-thru and evaluation of interior and exterior of home
  

• Comprehensive and prioritized written work-plan of suggested changes
  

Staging Service:

• $300 per day plus materials costs or rentals
  

• Beginning with the highest impact rooms we will stage and accessorize your home using your own furnishings for maximum sell-ability
  

• We will furnish at additional rental rates furniture and accessories needed to stage an empty house
  

• Homeowner may complete a get-ready projects to maximize staging time and effectiveness
  

• Includes a “Staying Ready” and “Showtime” checklist
