Consultation:
- $150 Staging consultation (takes 1 ½ to 2 hours)
- A complete walk-thru and evaluation of interior and exterior of home
- Comprehensive and prioritized written work-plan of suggested changes
Staging Service:
- $450 per day plus materials costs or rentals
- Beginning with the highest impact rooms we will stage and accessorize your home using your own furnishings for maximum sell-ability
- We will furnish at additional rental rates furniture and accessories needed to stage an empty house
- Homeowner may complete a get-ready projects to maximize staging time and effectiveness
- Includes a “Staying Ready” and “Showtime” checklist
